Fifty black-and-white portraits of people who shape Cologne’s cultural life. Made during lockdown, in a bar turned studio.
The portrait series Gamechanger comprises 50 black-and-white works. In front of the camera were people who, as makers, decision-makers, artists and communicators, help shape Cologne’s cultural life.
The portraits were taken in a bar converted into a photo studio, so even the way they were made links the standstill of cultural life during the coronavirus lockdown with a call for creative rethinking.
